What is Dosa?

Dosa is a famous South Indian thin crepe that is made of aged rice lentil player. A crisp dosa, quite similar to the regular masala dosa but with a twist of fiery red chutney made with garlic and red chillies that is lathered all over the dosa which is stuffed with some mashed potato filling.

Ingredients needed to make Dosa :-

  • 1 Cup Rice (standard bubbled)
  • 1/4 Cup Black gram (urad dal)
  • 3 Tbsp Toor dal
  • 3 Tbsp Semolina
  • 1 tsp Methi seeds (fenugreek seeds)

To taste Salt
For the dosa masala:

  • 250 Gram Potatoes
  • 1 Cup Onions, cut
  • 1 tsp Garlic, hacked
  • 1 tsp Ginger, hacked
  • 2 Tbsp Coriander leaves, hacked
  • To taste Green chillies
  • To taste Salt
  • Oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 sprig Curry takes off

For red chutney:

  • 5-6 cloves Garlic
  • A touch of Ginger
  • 2 Red chillies
  • 1/2 Onion, hacked
  • 2 Tbsp Chana dal, broiled


To taste Salt 

 

How to cook Dosa : -  

      1.Splash every one of the fixings aside from semolina for           around four hours.

    Masala Dosa Preparatiion :-

    1. Bubble and peel the potatoes and pound them.
    2. Pound the garlic, ginger, coriander leaves, green chillies and onions to make a glue.

    5. Include the glue and sear for quite a while.
    6. Include the tomatoes, potatoes, salt and curry clears out. 

    Red chutney Preparation: 

    1. Broil the chana dal, until marginally seared.

    2. You could cook the onion, garlic and ginger for a moment additionally or simply add them crude to the blender.

    Dosa Preparation :-
